Jared was laying down on his bed when his phone beeped, Alexa replied back. He read her text and picked himself up. “Alright, I’ll see you in a few.” He hit send. He got off his bed, grabbed his keys and headed out the door. He was thinking too much. It seemed like Alexa forgot about what they had, she seemed to be cool with everything. Jared on the other hand couldn’t let it go. He never expected her to come back. He remembered the day she left, he played that scene over and over in his head. Now she was back. He drove to her house in silence, not bothering to turn the radio on. He pulled up into her driveway, turned his car off and sat still for a second. He thought about what he was going to say to her but his thoughts were interpreted when he saw a figure of a brunette looking threw the window. He got out of his car and walked to the front door, pressing the door bell.

Alexa was actually nervous to see the familiar face of Jared again considering they haven’t seen each-other for awhile and her looks have changed over the years. She shuffled around, grabbing a black hoody then pulling it over tank top so most of her skin wasn’t showing. She moved downstairs, letting her hand trail down the railing while doing so. The doorbell went off which made her jump from the sudden sound. Alexa took a deep breath before slowly opening the door to see Jared there in the doorway. For some reason, She just felt like crying or clinging onto him but it’s been years, He must of moved on. She pushed the door open so there was room for him to walk through. “Come on in,” Was all she said with a small smile. She couldn’t help but look at him up and down and he has changed from the outside slightly.
