After Jared heard that Serena told Alexa that he left the party early, he felt as if he should go talk to her about it. His mind was racing with different thoughts. He remembered how things were 3 years ago. Him and Alexa were happy together, Serena and him were best friends and everything seemed normal. Until that one night that changed everything. He thought he was going to lose Alexa and he was right, but he lost her in a different way. He took his phone out and sent her a text. “Can I come see you?” he typed and hit send.

Alexa carefully moved one of her boxes to a corner of her new bedroom. Now, that was the worst part. Unpacking when you moved. It wasn’t one of her favorite things but it gave her something to do. Alexa ran her fingers through her dark hair. The sound of her cellphone going off which meant that the girl had a new message. She jogged to her dresser, picking up her phone to read the text from Jared. Someone she least expected to hear from but Alexa wasn’t complaining. She tapped her fingers against the small keyboard to text him back. “Sure thing,” Alexa wrote then the directions to her new place. She send it before putting it away then patiently waiting.
